Public Engagements and Community Conversations

Open Table is an innovative approach to engaging our communities over a banquet dinner. these are held fortnightly and topics and themes determined by our community.

Purpose: When our communities are unsettled, and we are disengaged from our politicians and the media shaping our perceptions and the concept of fake news leaving us without political accountability.

The issues which matter to us are largely ignored. climate change, asylum seekers, indigenous recognition and Treaty, homelessness to name but a few.

 

The 'Open Table' is an opportunity for our community to come together and re engage with the social and topical issues which matter to us all
